Great experience! We were having a VERY hard time getting a plumber to come by for a small job, since the demand for major work post-Sandy is still so high. We had what should have been a very simple job - change the hot and cold water and drain lines from an existing but not-in-use and quot;kitchenetteand quot; to accommodate a washing machine.
We had the wall open for the guys to inspect when they came by for a quote, and they said they could get to the job in a couple of days, it would take a couple of hours, and would cost $375.
Well, work day came, and two very professional and competent plumbers came, and ended up spending about 7 hours each basically rebuilding the plumbing for that area (shared with our Master bathroom). When they finally got to it, there was A LOT more work required to do the job correctly, and they did a FANTASTIC job, tearing out the old plumbing, installing new, re-routing existing (and improperly done) plumbing in the basement, etc.
When it was time to pay up, I got my checkbook out with some trepidation, since there was a LOT more work done than the estimate. But, when the guys checked back in with and quot;home baseand quot; they were told that $375 was the quoted price, so $375 was the total. What a pleasant surprise! We DEFINITELY got out money's worth on this job!
I would unhesitatingly recommend Branch Plumbing for any work you need done - they are now my and quot;go toand quot; any time I have a water issue.

Contractor was on time, neat and very professional. Removed the old water heater outside and brought the new heater in the basement. Price was as good if not better than prior plumbers estimates. Not an easy installation but exceeded in the quality of the work and met the estimate provided. On 4/3/41 they installed a gas line to a new clothes dryer in the basement. Installation quick, neat and reasonable.

MY LOCAL PLUMBING COMPANY IS TRUSTWORTHY. IF I NEEDED TO MAKE A BRIEF ERRAND WHILE THEY ARE THERE. I WOULD NOT BE CONCERNED ABOUT ANY OF MY VALUABLE ITEMS MISSING. THEY ARE ALSO GREAT AT SHOWING UP WHEN PROMISED.
