BONSAI BOY OF NEW YORK

Description of Work: Work was not performed, as this is a plant store selling bonsai plants. I ordered a natal plum for my husband's birthday, and it arrived in gorgeous shape. Two days later, it began to dramatically die. I contacted the place and was told that it was "water or light, they didn't know which." We experimented and a week later, the expensive plant was brown and dead. I contacted the company and was told again that it was "either water or light, we don't know which." I wanted the company to respond to me. I did not expect a new plant, but I wanted advice on how to save the old one, not the brush-off I received. I emailed them to tell them how unhappy I was and never received any confirmation back. Surely they can at least have better customer service!
