I like the closeness and the dislike is they have a huge turnover in their service, not the shop itself but the people you work with...the mechanics are fine just the service people.

I have come to understand that nothing this dealer does is run of the mill - the are the BEST. The oil light warning had come on and so rather than just opt to do a full oil change, they topped up the oil, programed in an oil test, cleaned my car, checked the brakes and then sent me on my way with a note to come right back if the oil light should come on again (part of the computer test they ran). Oh and they didn't charge me a thing. : ) Love this dealer, from sales, to service they are nothing short of brilliant. They take care of me and my car with equal measure. Got nothing but good things to say about them. : ) It doesn't hurt that Audi cars are awesome too - love my Audi TT Quattro.
