There was a dishwasher repair guys that was highly rated by e-bays he was based on side farmer and I reached out to him through website and also directly on his son but he never respond. I tried multiple times and then finally he ended up. He did posting something on Angie’s list like he was not accepting anymore new work or something like that or I got an e-mail. I cannot remember how it happened. But it looks like radio silence forever. There was only one dishwasher and appliance repair guy in New York but I cannot remember those company names.  For every reviews and everything, there was zero response no matter how I tried. The last attempt I contacted them was sometime in July. I had a problem with the dishwasher and I need to get six as soon as possible, so, I gave up and ended up to serious.

I was all set to buy a new dryer.  GN sells and installs them  I could have ended up spending 10x as much when it wasn't needed.  The only problem is that first time customers have to wait for service.

I was suprised he never called back given his good reviews on Angie's List.

Note description above. I had to wait for 10 days or more to get service. When Good Neighbor came, he was efficient, helpful and got my dryer working without fuss. He could have told me nothing could be done and then sold me a new dryer and washer but he didn't. I really appreciated that. I paid his minimum fee and then joined his Appliance Repair plan for $50 more. A very good deal and he gives priority to calls from plan members. This was a pleasure, given the tendency in my area for repair people to do bad work and charge a lot.

I have recommended them before, and I would do so again.

Getting repairs done on the East End of LI in the summer is tricky. I waited about 2 weeks for an appointment. He returned my initial call promptly, called to give an appointment time as promised, showed up on time and did a great job getting the refrigerator working again. Very pleased.

I WOULD TRUST THEM WITH MY HOUSE KEY, WITH THE UTMOST CONFIDENCE THAT MY THINGS ARE SAFE. THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB, AND NEVER TRY TO OVER CHARGE OR THROW IN SOMETHING NOT NEEDED.

I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER, BECAUSE THE STOVE REPAIRS WERE NOT SOLVING THE PROBLEM. THEY WANTED TO ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT THE SUCCESS OF THE REPAIRS. I HAD TO GO TO THE MANAGER BEFORE I GOT ANY ASSISTANCE.

THE MOTOR QUIT WORKING ON MY REFRIGERATOR, AND I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT LOSING ALL OF THE FOOD IN IT. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT HOW QUICKLY THE MOTOR WAS ABLE TO BE EXCHANGED. THE NEW MOTOR WORKS WELL.
