A VOTRE SERVICE!

The two cleaning ladies the company sent were very good and did a great job of cleaning the entire house including the basement.

Everyone is great, Brenda is a wonderful person as is the owner Jocelyn.  I found them by an internet search and am thrilled that I did.   It is a vacation home, they are my eyes, ears, arms and legs and provide comfort knowing that they will go the extra mile to watch my back.  They do everything well.  Do not hesitate to call.

Office manager was courteous and responsive, and the handyman was friendly and knowledgeable. I even learned a few things by watching.

I have never posted a review before but had such an unpleasant experience with this company that I felt it was worth taking time time to describe my experience.
We initially hired this company to clean our summer rental home and were given an estimate by phone as to how many hours it would take. We were shocked to receive our bill and discover that the estimated time was much longer than discussed by phone despite the fact that we had, following our initial phone call with AVS, reduced the number of rooms needed to be cleaned. We were also disappointed that certain standard procedures (i.e., having the outside grill cleaned) were included in the cost without having been explained as standard (or requested from me) during the initial phone call. This is not my main complaint, however. When I called the company to request further information about what took extra time and to express concern about the drastic difference in estimated versus actual time taken, I found that the company was unwilling to make any adjustments. Instead they became quickly defensive and sarcastic on the phone.
And most importantly, when I explained that my experience with them was so poor as to lead me to write a negative review of their service, I received an email from their attorney outlining the narrow qualifications that permitted such reviews. It makes me wonder whether other potential negative reviews aren't posted here due to similar letters that insinuate legal action.
I gave a B for quality because the house, after all, was cleaned thoroughly. On that end I can understand the positive reviews others have listed. F for price because two weeks later we had a different service clean the house equally as thoroughly in half the time and half the price. F for responsiveness and professionalism probably don't need further explanation if you've read the above. Punctuality gets N/A as we were not at home when the women arrived on the date of the cleaning.

Approximately 3 months ago, I began using A Votre for weekly cleaning of my house. Services are always detail oriented. I never have to worry that something will not be done to my specifications. All work is done to PERFECTION. I could not be happier. The individual assigned to us is wonderful and very professional. From the standards of how floor and tile cleaning are completed, to the restocking of supplies as they dwindle, to the cleaning out of the refrigerator, folding of clothes, and to the wonderful little extras (prepare for folded toilet paper roles, and a tissue flower on the top of your tissue box!). Wow. I will continue to recommend A Votre to any and all who are looking for exceptional cleaning services!

I used to think no one could care about my home as much as I do. I was wrong. Jocelyne and Brenda do. After hiring AVS to do a top-to-bottom cleaning for a newly purchased weekend house two years ago, I wasn't sure I needed such a full-service to handle ongoing maintenance. Wrong again. They're absolutely passionate about home keeping and all that entails. It shows in every aspect of the business. An A grade on Angie's should be coveted. The folks at AVS are the epitome of A-grade service and they prove it every week.

I contacted A Votre Service and they had a man come to offer an estimate. I was to wait for their call to see if I found the price satisfactory. I did and a man came on the appointed day (all this was done quickly). The job was completed and a bill was sent by A Votre Service. I paid promptly by check sent to them. I recommend them and will use again!

Overall they delivered on what we asked, the house felt white glove clean. Just be prepared to pay top dollar.

I was very dissatisfied with them. I had to call them a couple of times. He called and he gave me a date when he was available. The day he was going to be free, I knew I wasn't going to be there. They scheduled an appointment on Wednesday. I told them I wasn't going to be there. It was $35 an hour. So what I wanted to do is let one man come for an hour. I asked if I can have two men come for four hours at the same time. I think two men working together could accomplish more. That came to $490 for four hours. They said that it was fine. I knew that the work would not finish in one day. But I still wanted to try them out as they were on Angie's list. They said that they would be there between 9:00 and 9:30. I made sure to call them on Wednesday. I wanted them to call me as I wanted to explain them what they would have to do first. But they didn't call. I didn't hear from them. I know they should have cell phones. Two men came and they should have had cell phones. But no one called me. I have no idea when they got there. They never knew what my priorities were to work on. I was very upset that they didn't do many other things. My neighbor said that she never saw two men together. She saw only one man working and not two. I was very upset that they didn't call or inform me when they got there to work. When i spoke the supervisor she said they got there between 10:00 and 10:30. That's not the thing to do if you pay someone by the hour. This is not business for me. I wouldn't use them in the future again.

Anytime I need deliveries for my house or other work plumbing and other things they would do that and arrange and schedule it. They contacted me proactively this week and said the hurricane was coming. They wanted me to take my furniture in. They took care of my furniture and everything in my house. Mine is a four-bedroom house. They charge about $45 for a checkup on my house. I don't know what they are going to charge for removing the furniture. We always know what they are going to charge. They provide wonderful service. Their price is really good for what they do. I called them once in the middle of the night one time. They answered and actually called me back. They came in the next morning to take care of the problem I was having. I would definitely use them again. I would do it all the time.

After making a decision to purchase a vacation home that required" some work", I was overwhelmed by what it looked like after the closing. I contacted A Votre Service for cleaning services after finding them on Angies list. Jocelyn , the owner, arrived at my new home and I was in tears. She spoke to me about getting rid of the energy from the previous owner and making this house feel like my home. This really resonated with me. She and I walked through the house together identifying everything that needed to be done. With furniture arriving in less than 2 weeks we set that as a deadline for completing the work. She coordinated everything including repairs being done by others (the water pump failed, light switches were dysfunctional,pool repairs etc). She brought in handyman services who fixed broken doors, changed out ceiling fans and light fixtures, hung blinds etc. She had the entire house ( 4 bedrooms) painted including the kitchen cabinets and base board heaters. A team unstuck and painted all the windows and everything was cleaned. Amazingly 10 days later everything was done and the house was ready for the arrival of furniture and my family. I am so grateful for the excellent, professional services provided by this company and for making this house truly feel like my home.
