Joe was great. He provided and estimate and completed the work. He was great to work with as he maintained communication with us while on vacation. He wanted to ensure we were getting the right product for the job. I also want to mention that most other contractors avoid these small jobs which is frustrating to us. Iâ m very happy with Joes work and will use him in the future on other work I plan for the house.

Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
We hired South Shore Installations to remove our existing vinyl siding and do a full siding replacement job. We knew immediately that the company owner Joe was not a salesman and was someone we could trust. He helped us find the specific color we wanted and ordered all the materials. His team communicated what days and times they would be coming by and always showed up on time. At the end of each day, they were very thorough cleaning up the job. Joe showed up almost every day and called to give us updates and make sure we were happy every step of the way, and the turnout is better than we could have hoped for. We have gotten so many compliments already from our neighbors. South Shore Installations will be the company we work with for any future projects.

Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
South Shore Installations owner Joe Source was able to make our 40-year-old house exterior look like a new build. Not only installed vinyl siding but replaced windows, new gutters, and downspouts and removed an aged large deck. Joe and his crew worked long hours, arrived early, and were able to get all the necessary supplies during the "supply chain crisis". We are thrilled with the results. Joe and his crew were a pleasure to work with, worked within our budget Very professional. Finished the entire job including clean-up within 2 weeks. Joe Source is a gifted person and highly recommended him and his crew.

Very much unprofessional contractor. And, here is what they did: - The windows were delivered after 5 business weeks, though I was told it would take 3. - Measured the windows wrong., tried to install the wrong windows until I stopped them. It took another 4 weeks to get the replacements, and 2 more visits to install. - Very poor workmanship. The kitchen window leaks air after installation. I later realized that they didn't fill in some of the gaps either.

"I am sorry you had a bad experience unfortunately the manufacturer put the frosted glass on the wrong window and we had to re-order it which takes a little time after the review was posted I called you back and offered to come back and fix any existing problems and you declined."

I measured and bought my windows at HD, contractor had issues with interior molding. Have the contractor measure and there shouldn't be a problem.

Joe is a very nice individual who installed three basement windows for me. As a favor he also fixed some loose pieces of vinyl siding on my home which detached at no charge. I did have one concern with the window installation and an additional project which I needed assistance with. South Shore responded to my concern after a few weeks time and I am more than satisfied with the attention and customer service I received. Alan, the sales person is easy to get in touch with (he will never not answer you phone call) and came to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of my job request.

Overall the windows are great, they are solid and attractive. One screen has to be replaced as it didn't fit well. It would not stay up and moved back and forth inside the track. They have ordered a replacement. The sales person was not a high pressure type and the cost was fair compared to others. I do find the upper windows to be hard to pull up and down for cleaning, I am older, so it causes me to strain. I believe in time it will become easier when the insulation and up and down movement flattens the lining. Other than this I am happy with the product.

Joe did an awesome job with the installation of the 4 Windows and fiberglass door we ordered. We spent $5675 for the door, storm door and the Windows but the wincore Windows Alan recommended were very narrow frames and we couldn't install the a.c units we had with our old Windows. When I tried to contact Alan about this problem he basically didn't care to resolve this issue and come by to see the problem. So now we are stuck with small Windows and no a.c units. Thanks Alan for the wonderful service... NOT!!!

"We spoke to Mr Peralta after this situation happened and I explained the frame of the new windows may be different than the old windows. There was no mention of any air conditioners; normally we are not responsible for air conditioners, but we resolved over the phone with him of how to resolve the situation mechanically. At that time the customer, apparently, was satisfied and got his air conditioners in. That was the last I heard of it. South Shore is always ready to help any customer with any situation."
