"Please be advised that this report was not directed towards me or my team. After doing some research I have found out that the customer inquired with Lending Tree and chose Adam Copland of the WCS Lending branch in RYE, New York. Personally I have never met Adam as my team and branch is located in Boca Raton, FL. I would hope that the customer wouldn't want to blame my team for something that we had no idea about. I would equate this will blaming a loan officer in New York of any big bank such as Wells Fargo and blaming all of Wells Fargo and specifically a loan officer in FL that had no idea of the incompetence of his fellow loan officer in NY. I would like to invite Mr Sussman to give us all call, it would be our pleasure to WOW him with our response times and professionalism. We would greatly appreciate the removal of this report since it may adversely affect other members making the right decision which can cost them significantly. With a thorough review of our reports you will see we agree this is not how we handle our clients and members. Thank you kindly, Mike and Team"
