PAT THE HANDYMAN

My bathroom sink was very slow draining and i noticed I had a leak in the back up wall in my boiler room. It never dawned on me that the issue was related. I called several plumbers only to get their voice mail  so i left messages but none returned my calls..after a week i called Pat. He actually answered the phone and came that same day. He pinpointed the problem and tackled the job immediately. The leak is gone and my sink drains perfectly!  

Installation of master suite went relatively smoothly except when they ran out of the white tiles I supplied. They purchased extra tiles but the color was not the same and they still used them. They had to remove and retile. Deck- Powerwashed only part of deck left dust and dirt in places, did not sand and then varnished using the wrong color on top of dirt. Pat then got another company in to sand and varnish but again only the top part of the deck and stairs were sanded and partially varnished. Pat had to be advised of the poor job. He said he would get it finished, but I refused as I did not trust he would get the job done properly. He gave me a $300 discount. Overall the deck is a mess. The contractors who Pat used stole money from our coin bottle and although Pat said he put the money back, I am convinced he did not. Note: I hid the bottle but Pat had the nerve to look around our home for the bottle. They also drank on the job as I found empty beer bottles. Also when the owner Pat came for final payment not only was he late, he had been drinking and appeared drunk. Would I recommend this company absolutely NOT.

I would hire them again without hesitation.
