Bill arrived on time as scheduled and proceeded to diagnose the problem. He ultimately decided he didn't want to do the work because I had the bathroom above it redone by someone else. He suggested I should contact my contractor and have them deal with it. While I appreciated Bill's honesty I was shocked when i received a bill for $175. I understand he took the time to come to the house but there was no mention of a service fee for simply walking in the door. I will not be using Moran in the future.

Billy was prompt and professional. Stayed until the job was done that evening.

I had 2 other plumbers scheduled to do this job for me and one bailed on me at the last minute and the other never showed up. Both of these plumbers were "Super Service Award" winners from Angie's List and one of them I have done multiple projects with over the years. This was a big deal because I had to coincide the sewage pipe ventilation with my roof work.

I called Moran on Saturday morning at 11am and Bill was at my house by 11:40am. He assessed the problem and worked with the roofers to fix it the right way. He was extremely neat and performed meticulous work. They cleaned up so well that you would never know they were there. I have worked with lots or plumbers and other home professionals and Bill and his crew are top notch. I have a lot of other work that needs to be done in my house and will use Moran without hesitation.

We were planning to remodel bathroom in 86 yr old building in the near future ,However,the tile walls and grout was so porous the water collected in the floor under tub and then burst down on my neighbor. Since this was on a holiday weekend it was hard to locate a plumber.

I called Moran plumbing at the recommendation of the Bldg Manager. He came within 30 minutes,corrected the problem,recommended some short term fixes until we could totally remodel. Very honest and easy to work with especially in a crisis.

They did a good quality work. There were no problems afterwards. I will use them again because they are very professional and you can trust their work.

All along the way, Mr. Moran has given us sound advice from the pro's and con's of product selection to advice on ways to save money by making decisions that improved efficiently. Mr. Moran an his assistant, were at all time professional, responsive, and courteous.

They always responded to our calls within hours and completed the projects with care and in a timely manner. We appreciated Mr. Moran's thoroughness in completing the jobs.

And, particularly appreciated his patience in educating us as to what was needed to be done and why and explaining in layman's language city code and technicalities. He also generously offered his advice and help on other aspects of the projects.

Mr. Moran's prices quoted are reasonable as compared to his competition. His bills alway came in as quoted. There were never any surprise cost over-runs.

Having used with satisfaction the services of Moran Plumbing and Heating we thoroughly recommend them and will call on them for all project in the future.
