The service is excellent.

Basically I waited 6 weeks for nothing. I still have to hire someone to repair (short term) and replace my roof. I know photos were taken and 1 was shown to me. However, no repairs were done, no written report produced or sent. I have a leak that I showed, although no further inspection from inside (ie: attic) was done. My leak is active and with this weather a short-term temporary repair would have sufficed until spring for a replacement. By the way, Hugo was pleasant and professional.

Terrible. They promised me responses three times and never delivered on their promises. They kept postponing even scheduling an inspection and ultimately told me that I should get somone else to do the job. A total waste of my time. I would not recommend them at all.

Met with Ziggy 2 weeks before job was done. He explained thoroughly what the work will consist of, the warranty and the possible issues that he may encounter.The day the project was started, they arrived exactly at 8 am and they did and amazing job, cosmetically and functionally. The crew was very pleasant, professional and diligent in their work. It's clear they take pride in their work and make sure the job is done right. Everything went really well and there were not surprises. We were extremely happy. Our neighbor's will start replacing their roof next week with him..

The work was done efficiently and extremely professionally. Ziggy the owner was so easy to work with. Everything I asked for he did and more. His crew, especially his crew manager Hugo, made sure I was kept in the loop about the job .I was unsure as to the color that I wanted for the roof and Ziggy made recommendations. I am so pleased that I took his advice for color.His pricing was more than fair and my new roof and gutters make the house look great.A WONDERFUL JOB!!!

Great experience overall.  I was concerned this would be a disruptive process, tearing off and replacing the entire roof on a large home.  Ziggy sent a large crew and got the job done in 3 days, thoroughly cleaned up, and did a beautiful job with minimal impact.  Hugo, his foreman, was also a pleasure to deal with. We love our new roof. Ziggy runs a very professional operation and was a pleasure to deal with.  Responded quickly to my calls and texts and delivered on all this promises. His estimate was fair and reasonable. The job was completed within one week of the contract being signed.

Ziggy came over the house and later provided detailed quote. He introduced me to the GAF Golden Pledge warranty. This type of manufacturing warranty did make me feel at ease.
Ziggy also assisted me in selecting the right color shingle for my roof, which shows how he cares not just do a job but also looking out for the customers interest.
Job starts with material delivery the day ahead. I have a decent sized roof and they finished the job in 2 days. Job is done without any complication. The new roof and gutter looked great.
The last thing is waiting for the manufacturer's inspection before final warranty paperwork being completed. I will update on that process. Ziggy indicated that would be about 6 weeks later.

Skilled, professional, courteous, punctual, reasonably priced, excellent worksite clean-up. I have another, more complex project and they are going the extra mile to detail options and the pros and cons of each.

Ziggy was great. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with on this project. He went the extra mile when the water began to leak into my house....he had his men put up a tarp until the work could begin. Once the weather cleared up his crew was there and the work was done quickly and neatly. They did a great job and it was a very positive experience from start to finish.

Very good, no issues. All that the owner, Ziggy promised was delivered. The only small compliant was that his team could have been a little neater. Worth the price lots of value! Job well done.

I had two or three people come to give me estimates and I chose this company.  They did a good job on the roof and have had no problems.  The only complaint I have is the clean up could have been better.  Although they cleaned up there were still a lot of nails on the driveway and pieces of shingle I found around the house.  In terms of the work itself, it was professionally done.  There was a final inspection by the shingle company, to verify everything was done properly, and they thought it was done well.

Ziggy and crew were fantastic.  The work was done efficiently and professionally.  The crew showed up on time each day, and cleaned up well at the end of the job, including a magnetic sweep of the yard to ensure loose nails were picked up.  Tarps were hung to ensure that material coming down from the roof did not damage the house.
The new roof looks great, and so far we haven't noticed any leaks (though there haven't been any big storms in the weeks since, so we can't be totally sure just yet)
The final price of the job matched the initial estimate exactly.  The estimate was within 5% of another estimate from a local contractor, and about 30% less than an estimate we got from a nationwide contractor (that BJ's works with).  All claimed to use the same brand shingles, and to have the same installation certification from the manufacturer.  The job took a day longer than expected, but that was due to our house having more than the allowable number of shingle layers in place, so it took a while to remove them all.
The only negative we experienced was that initial coordination of the job could have been smoother.  I had to call several times, and I got the impression that Ziggy was on another job site, so the calls were always a bit distracted  (at one point this distraction led to some confusion as to which customer I was, which led to further confusion).  In the end, it wasn't a big problem though, since it was straightened out after a few more phone calls, and the quality work more than made up for it.
So in conclusion, I highly recommend E&W Group.

Zigi is very customer service oriented and took the time to ensure that my questions were adequately addressed. Zigi's crew was very professional and worked hard to get the job completed on time and on budget. The roof looks great and so far I am very satisfied with the outcome. I am sure if we have any issues in the future that Zigi will stand by his work. The entire experience was painless. I would highly recommend E&W without hesitation.

From my very first contact with Ziggy, everything went exceedingly smoothly. He was responsive and patient with all of my questions and concerns. He was happy to accomodate my schedule by coming out to the house very early in the morning and he was always prompt and professional. He was also just very kind.  I had sought out estimates from 2 other roofing companies and, while the price was generally in the same ballpark (give or take $100), Ziggy was the easiest to communicate with and assured me he would be able to move forward with the job quickly. 
Once we signed the contract, he was able to get his team out to work on our roof the following weekend. They were very quick and efficient. They made sure to pick up any loose materials and caused minimal intrusion on us.
Ziggy was present during parts of the job and was straightforward with us with respect to any issues that came up at the job was being performed. 
Overall, he and his team were wonderful to work with. I anticipated a headache and Ziggy made it easy.

We received several estimates to replace our roof.  After careful evaluation, we selected E & W Group on several factors including his professionalism, availability, reliability and price.  Ziggy is a MasterElite contractor of GAF (we checked the GAF website) that also helped us with the selection on reliability, along with some other reference checks.  Everything was done timely from delivery of materials, dumpster, to finishing the entire job. He and his men were courteous at all times and addressed all our concerns and answered questions to our satisfaction.  Long term warranty is important to us, which he and the manufacturer, GAF, have given to us their best Golden Pledge warranty (that we checked on GAF website). 

The provider did not call back after I originally contacted them to arrange a free estimate.  I ended up calling twice.  Although on both times I was told that I would be getting a visit from the provider, nobody showed.  The work was supposed to be for an estimate on roof repair.  There was a rainstorm on the day of one of the scheduled visits, so I expected him not to be available to go up on the roof of my house.  Unfortunately, he never called to reschedule the visit.  Since it was already my second time trying to arrange a visit with him, with no indication that he would actually stick to an appointment or communicate, I decided not to call back.  

My Dad and I shopped around for a contractor to replace our leaky roof.   We were impressed with Ziggy's estimate which was  significantly less than the competition, but also included a higher grade shingle and additional attic ventilation.   The estimate also indicated that if repair work to the wooden sub-roof were needed, up to a certain point, this would be done at no additional cost, and itemized what the price would be if repairs were more extensive.   The estimated time to complete the job was shorter than the other contractor we considered, and the starting date was sooner.  Ziggy showed up promptly, was knowledgeable, patient and friendly.   When we had a question about the estimate, Ziggy emailed us right away.   Plus he made friends with our dog, so choosing Ziggy was a no-brainer. Ziggy's crew are hard working, experienced guys.  They showed up on time and were courteous and conscientious.  They put up tarps to avoid damaging shrubs and siding, they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up at the end of the day.   They even remembered to close the gate behind them when they left.   The new roof was precisely laid out with care and looks beautiful.   The job was done exactly on-budget and on-time.  As it turned out, there was some significant rot damage to the sub roof which required replacement with plywood sheets.  It required one additional sheet over the number the contract stated would be free of charge, but Ziggy included it at no additional cost.  So the price we paid was the same as the initial estimate.   Needless to say, we were very impressed by Ziggy's commitment to customer service and quality.  We are very happy with our new roof and glad we hired Ziggy.  We will recommend him to our neighbors.   
 

Ziggy was professional at all times.  He was prompt when he came to provide an estimate.  He was thorough, polite and very informative.  He was always accessible when we had additional questions.  We hired him and were extremely happy with our choice.  The job started on time.  The men who worked on our house were extremely hard working and courteous.  The job turned out to be larger than originally anticipated, as it is an old house, and a good deal of wood needed replacing.  Ziggy checked on the job and communicated with us often.  They worked long hours and even on a Saturday, to get the job done.  We are very happy with the results and highly recommend E & W.  We would definitely hire Ziggy again if ever we have siding needs.

Great! Ziggy and his crew were very professional. I have no complaints. They cleaned up every night and protected my house and plants.
