just now The most unprofessional and simply unethical! Be very careful and I strongly suggest not doing business with them. After purchasing a ring from them that had a defect and the side small diamond kept falling, they said that they will fix it at no charge. They also made an unnecessary change that I did not request and would not give me back my ring unless I paid not only for the repair (that they were supposed to cover as it was a defect in the ring design that they agreed to repair), but also charged me for the change I did not request (and had not agreed to it). Yes. They basically held my ring “hostage” until I paid whatever they said I had to pay!!!! Be very careful. Its a shame that the reputation of the father is destroyed by an unethical son. Shame on second generation!

They were very helpful and nice. They had a good selection of diamond and non diamond jewelry.

My experience with Landsberg Jewelers was fine. The people were friendly. They did what they said they were going to do and they did it promptly.

The diamond replaced in the engagement ring was fixed perfectly, I can't even tell which is the one that fell out. The blue topaz stone that was re-mounted was also done very well, and I haven't had any problems with it. The clasp for the pearl necklace still isn't working properly. I'm not sure exactly what repair they tried to do, but I will probably just have to end up replacing it. Overall a great experience!

I looked on Angie's list for a local watch repairer, but the only one I found didn't answer the phone. I checked elsewhere on line for recommendations and settled on Landsberg Jewelers. I took my watch there and explained my problem. Their watch repairer took it to his bench while I waited. I didn't wait long. What I had assumed was a malfunction was really me forgetting 'step-one' in setting it. The watch was returned to me within minutes along with an explanation of what I didn't do that I should have done. The watch is now working fine. And there was NO CHARGE. Nice! No attempt to make a mountai out of a mole hill. It couldn't be a better experience.
