After calling numerous times from Oct 30th without any  contact with the owner, we finally were able to speak to the owner who said he would call us back with status of the completion of our furniture.  He never called us back, we called regularly and finally got ahold of the owner again, only to be told that he never made the statement that the piece would be ready by any specific date, this was the week before the end November already.  He stated he would find out the status and  ETA for completion and availability for pickup at his location of the piece of furniture and let me know when it would be available..  He called back at the end of November stating it was onsite and would be available to be picked up at my convenience.  We picked up the entertainment center the first weekend of December nearly 12 weeks after we put the order in for the unit.
communication by the owner to his customers is very poor.  A simple call back would have sufficed and reduced the number of times I would have called looking for status of my furniture.
