If you are concerned about having to be home for your scheduled gutter cleaning...not to worry. We will either leave the invoice at your door or mail it to you and you can mail a check to us at your convenience.We are also offering yearly service contracts for spring and fall cleanings. Angies list Contract customers are preferred customers and are a priority over call in Customers. We are fully insured and have been family owned and operated since 1973. We also offer a variety of other services relating to gutter cleaning and minor repair example..roof and valley clean off, tree trimming, downspout strainer installation, resetting of gutters,and minor repair.

You don't have to be there .I will leave a notice on your front door when the work is completed.I need your contact number and if I find any problems I will call.Please have your outside water turned on.If I see any additional charges due to size I will call before I start. Thank you, Chet I don't understand why the customer could give us a low rating when she wasn't there when we cleaned them and also she stated she cant see in the gutters.Also I don't understand why she waited so long. We cleaned her gutters in july."

The guys did a fabulous job cleaning my gutters yesterday. I was impressed. Left bags of leaves for me, instead of leaving them on the lawn, nice touch. Said they poured water downed each downspout to make sure it was draining...perfect.
I also noticed you came back today and installed downspout strainers! Because the guys did not have any yesterday and I needed them. I would have never known if any where there or not...I greatly appreciate you and your Team taking the extra time to make sure my gutter system is in good shape.

"What else could we do? We did everything that we said we were going to do and you approved as stated below & we gave you a discount. Then 7 months later you write a bad review???? After we did the work like we had done in the past. Could it be that the other gutter cleaner doesn't have the insurances that we have and that is why he is cheaper..You seemed happy with our service all the previous years (2009,2010,2011,2012) we cleaned your gutters. Monroe Gutter Cleaning LLC 4/17/2014 Mrs Dooley, I have cleaned your gutters in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012. This is a very difficult house to do because of the size and access to the upper gutters. I know you purchased it from Angies list ,so I am willing to give you 10% off your previous cleaning price with us .The cost would be $200.00-10%...$20.00 =$180.00-99.00 Angies list. The final cost would be a additional charge with sales tax of $81.00+6.48=$87.48.I would leave our invoice for this much and you would pay us directly. Chet was amazingly professional and polite and responsive and responsible, the perfect professional. There were small trees growing in my gutting and my gutters were so packed with dirt and leaves, that I used to get ice damming and the ice would melt into the interior wall of my home's family room and run down the walls and across the room toward our computer wiring and processor. Chet team of three people were awesome. They were extremely thorough and nice people to do business with. I will definitely use them again, sooner rather than later next time.
