We had an existing concrete sidewalk removed and replaced with pavers, and an existing concrete front step covered with pavers. We also had shrubbery removed, and the area graded with top soil and a load of mulch delivered. We were given several options for our materials so we could make the right choice for us. We originally assumed that we needed to replace our front step, but since the concrete was in decent shape, it was possible to save money by covering it with pavers to coordinate with the new sidewalk. This wasn't an option that other contractors we consulted had even mentioned. We were also given the option to have mulch delivered but not installed, which was again not an option mentioned by others, and again saved us money.
All visits to the property were on time, and with as little mess as possible. Everyone who performed work was respectful of our property, and the owner of the business was onsite most of the work days. The cost was right in line with other estimates we were given. We have had no problems with drainage in the new planting beds or the sidewalk. We would highly recommend Lashomb for this and other types of lawn and landscaping work.

He was excellent. The walkway is beautiful. I would grade him A's on all categories. He was unbelievable. He was professional and neat and he explained everything to me. He gave me samples to pick out and see so that I would know what the finished product would look like.

I worked with Ryan Lashomb. I knew his father; he had worked for me in the past. When I wanted this job done, I just used Ryan. I spent about $1950. I had grown tired of the old paver walkway in front of my house. It was uneven and there was a large step leading to the front of the door. I wanted something that was more functional and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. He removed the old walkway and put a new one in. He also removed a tree that was blocking the pathway. He did a great job. He came out initially to look at it. He drew up some prints and gave me a rough estimate. He gave me a bunch of different pavers and colors to choose from. He also gave me a DVD of the work that he had done previously. When I agreed to his work, I gave him half the deposit in the beginning. I gave him the remaining amount once he completed the work. He was very professional. He cleaned up everyday once he was done. He was very neat. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and I would absolutely use him again in the future.
