1.0 star rating 3/19/2018 Diamond Limousine almost single-handedly ruined my daughter's wedding ceremony ! Where do i begin. One week before the wedding Diamond called to tell us the brakes on the Trolley we ordered broke. Brakes wear out over time, not overnight. I was told i was "lucky" to get a call one week ahead that most companies call one day before. Diamond requires full payment with a bank check 30 days in advance so we were locked in. Diamond offered a limo bus, not the feeling we wanted for an outside ceremony & reception on a farm. We had no choice but to use the limo bus. On the day of the wedding the driver got lost, which was shocking as directions were confirmed several times and easily accessible on GPS. What happened next was truly unbelievable! Just as we were about to walk down the aisle the driver came up to us waving a piece of paper and asking for a signature.THIS WAS THE STRANGEST AND RUDEST THING I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. She wanted me to sign this paper ( a receipt/acknowledgement that i learned later she was supposed to have us sign at the beginning of the day.) We had no idea what the paper was about, and said we were in the middle of our daughters wedding and she'd have to wait. Instead, the driver decided to leave DURING THE CEREMONY emitting a loud BEEP when in reverse. BEEP. BEEP. BEEP was all everyone could hear . I learned later from the driver that it was her boss who told her to leave. Company culture trickles down from the top. HORRIBLE experience from the start to finish !!!

I was extremely pleased and would definitely use this service again. I was planning to drive, but found myself unable to do so and scheduled with Diamonds two days before my trip. My driver, Joseph, arrived 30 minutes early, but parked around the corner from my house until 10 minutes before the appointed time "so I wouldn't feel rushed." He was extremely gracious and professional and I enjoyed our conversation very much, although I am sure he would have left my in silence had I so desired. The car was extremely comfortable, and Joseph had extra water on hand when I got thirsty midway. Upon arrival at the airport, he helped me with my bags and efficient entry right where I needed to be. The $145 included tip, taxes, and tolls; there were no additional charges. I was extremely pleased.

Our driver arrived with the 28 person limo bus at our home, on time. The Limo was clean, and comfortable, and fun to ride in. Our driver Mike was professional, knowledgeable and quite friendly and helpful. We drove from the western end of Monroe county to the Eastern end for our Charity Haunted House events. We went to Holley, NY for the Haunted Trails of Holley, and then off to West Henrietta to the Dark Matter Charity Haunted House. The driver arrived at both destinations without any problems, he was a true navigator. We all had a good time, and the limo lighting, music, and atmosphere was so much fun for our Halloween adventure. The only minor issue was some of the Ladies would liked to have more mints in the 2 bowls, not enough for the 25 folks on board, but another than that one minor suggestion, it was a grand ride.

Limousine service started with picking up bridal party at hotel and bringing them to chapel. It was pouring out at the time but the driver (Eric) made sure each person was escorted with an umbrella from the limo to the chapel door. He then picked up the groom and his groomsmen at the grooms house and brought them to the chapel. After the service, he again provided umbrella services as needed. The Limo was supposed to be stocked with water and soda because the members of the wedding party were all under 21. However, the message did not get to the driver on time for the AM pickup, but during the service, he made sure to get water and soda for the remainder of the trip. On the way to pictures we asked him to stop at McDonalds, which he did, then got us to the site for the pictures on time. At the end of the service, he helped us make sure everything was out of the limo. He was very friendly, and helped each and every person in and out of the limo. I would highly recommend them and use them again ourselves for any future needs.

Excellent. The limo service diamonds limo.. Was terrific. They were on time and a delight to do businesses with. On several occasions we found ourselves having better conversations with the staff of diamonds then our own company. The wine tour to Finger Lakes was an intense. After a few sips the trip got even better. Nothing like traveling around in an awesome limo with good friends, great service and a little wine. -- Ok a lot of wine. After all it is a wine tour. Thanks Diamonds. We plan on using you more once we move in our new home. You will see us often.

I was in the wedding party and please be advised that the DRIVER was not the issue here, she was nothing but accomdating and did her job and then some, she was amazing and personable the entire time we had the limo. The limo picked us up at 1pm to take us to the church. On the way it was quite hot (80ish degrees) and we were all getting quite warm. We asked our driver to turn the air on because the buttons in the back did not work and she did, but hot air came out. We knew that the temperature would only increase when the entier bridal party (Bride and Grooms side, 12 people) were in that limo for the 45 minutes between the church and the reception so we asked her to have the AC running before we got in after the service and she said "of course, it takes a while to cool down". At some point during the service while she sat outside her boss called her and informed her that the vehicles computer was telling her that she had been parked and had the engine running for over 30 minutes, and instructed her to turn it off. Our driver told her that the AC had been taking a while to cool down and she wanted it to be cooled off inside for when everyone got out of the church because it was around 80 outside. Her boss told her she could not be parked and have it running and to turn it off, so she had to. When we got out of the church, all 12 of us piled in and it was stifling hot. For the rest of the time in the limo the AC only blew out hot air and by the time we got to the reception we were all disgustingly sweaty and hot. The driver apologized profusely the entire time, and told us to call and complain. After all of this, my friend who owns and operates another Limousine company asked me if the AC worked in our limo. I said no, and asked how he knew (as he was not there and is in a different circle of friends from those at the wedding). He informed me that this company is NOTORIOUS for sending out limousines without working heat or AC systems. I am confident that if my friends knew the repuation of this company before hand then they would not have used them. Overall our drivers boss was unprofessional with the Bride and her mother when both called to complain during the day of the wedding and are just not sending out a good product that functions in the way it is supposed to. Yes it got us from point A to point B but it was far from an enjoyable experience and I can't imagine what it would have been like if it was July and not an unusually nice May day.
