Looks beautiful- got us special order colored trim. Crew worked very hard, were respectful and answered questions. Careful cleanup.

They cleaned up very well, there were no complains about that and neighbors were happy about the clean up that they did. They had a very good crew, they were respectful, and they work hard and very fast. I had no complains about them and I would say that they have a reasonable price.

I had an ice build up and the cleared it for me. Their pricing was very fair. They have excellent workers. He is on time and gets the work done on time. He is very good.

Owner was rude and less than professional. When they replaced the shingles they pulled out the skylight and did not replace it properly and the first rain storm it leaked. Daune came as soon as I called at 4:00 AM and put a tarp over it for a couple of days. When he went to replace it he didnt have a clue how it was suppose to fit and had to have a factory rep and show him, but he had screwed it up so bad at the point we had to buy a new skylight then he charged us $1200 to install it. When asked if he had any experience putting in skylights he finally admitted that he had done 2 or 3 but of course they werent like ours. The factory rep told him that he was measuring it wrong. Thats when we realized he didnt have a clue what he was doing. His prices are way to high and he doesnt give itemized invoices.

It was excellent. From the Time Duane came and did the estimate it was great. He came and explained fully what he was going to do. We were very comfortable with him. He came when he said he would be there and he did the job in a professional manner and they left my property spotless.
