"Thank you [member name removed]! You guys were a lot of fun, and please do not hesitate to contact me if you ever have any other questions!"
It started when I pulled up to the house and Jason was already there and ready to get started! He did a great job at letting me know what he was going to do, and what I could expect for the next few hours. Over the next 3 hours, Jason went over every inch of the home and found thing that I never would have thought of looking at! There were things that I was looking right at, and I had no idea what they were, but he knew exactly what it was!
This is our first time buying a house, and Jason did a great job at pointing out some minor things that were not perfect with the house, but they are not really things to worry too much about. For example, the windows and trim are wooden, and some of the areas need painting. I thought that was more of a simple cosmetic thing, but he took the time to explain to me why I should take care of that to prevent any damage! I totally appreciated that! He showed me where the main water and gas shut offs was in case of an emergency, and he even made a simple suggestion to change the mulch around the swingset so that it would be safer for my son. He truly cares, and it shows!State Contractor License Requirements
