Gary was kind enough to come in on a weekend to get the testing done. Not only was he thorough in his work but also in explaining everything. We received the results back within the time promised. Since then he has still been quite helpful in answering questions and quick to respond even though his job has been completed. I would highly recommend MoldXperts, not only for the great work and customer service, but it was the most reasonably priced company around.

Gary was efficient, polite, prompt and understanding. He took 5 samples for mold. The results were positive in two of the five sections he tested. The rating I gave was 4 stars as I am still awaiting a report from him, before I can move on with having another company come in and due the actual mold removal. He also needs to do a "post test". I am sure he is worthy of 5 stars and would recommend him/his company.
