The Company is owned and operated by Ravi Bhatia, Professional Engineer and Tony Kochhar, Artist/Interior designer. Ravi has over 20 years of high-end construction experience including luxury residential condominiums in Manhattan, interior conversions, renovations and hotel upgrades. He has worked with premier architects and interior designers to deliver high-quality interior spaces for discerning clients. This experience has included the selection, procurement, coordination and installation of architectural millwork, cabinetry, wood flooring, top-of-the-line kitchens, bathrooms, tile, granite, terrazzo and fine finishes. His ability to work with contractors, vendors and designers enables LSC to provide excellence in construction with an emphasis on quality and value. He understands that good construction practice includes the proper and timely coordination of electrical, plumbing, hvac and telecommunications. Tony has over 15 years of experience in design, technology and the arts. He is a self taught artist, and has a obsessive passion for design. His design philosphy draws from nature, simple clean lines, with use of pure colors. He leans toward creating a modern but functional asthetic.
