I was so happy they would travel to Sayville, as I had called many other companies and none were available (only one even returned my call, to say no) so the day was almost over and I was getting frustrated. Luckily SERVPRO arrived and worked tirelessly to pack and move an entire building full of materials safely into a nearby storage facility so that the building could cleaned and restored to it's original condition. It was hot and dirty and late, they moved swiftly and were completely professional and took great care with my contents. They worked long into the evening, after a long day at other sites so I tipped them extra, in appreciation. The building was left clean and you'd never ever know what a total disaster it had been earlier. I am so grateful they came to assist me, it was a far bigger job than I had expected and I never could have managed this without them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for residential or commercial.
