We uphold a standard of integrity bound by fairness, honesty, and personal responsibility. We are a small business, my wife and I started. Our distinction is the quality of service we bring to our customers. Accurate knowledge of our trade combined with ability is what makes us true professionals. Above all, we are watchful of our customers' interests, and make their concerns the basis of our business. This is a family owned and operated business. Reliant Renovation (Sal) put us at ease with his ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively where he provided us realistic expectations. In addition, we appreciated the fact that his father was present for every stage of the project. Lenny is very knowledgeable and when problems occurred, he often worked on solutions to best avoid delays or scope creep. Best thing of all was that Sal and Lenny treated our dogs great and was very respectful of our place. Definitely would recommend Reliant Renovation to friends and family taking seeking to do renovation projects.

The guys were in and out in 21/2 hours taking down sheetrock from walls and ceiling. They left the basement all cleaned up. Very polite and hard working. I would highly recommend Sal from Reliant Reno.

I had a fantastic experience with Reliant Renovations! Sal and his team did an excellent job addressing plumbing issues with broken pipes and repairing drywall through their carpentry work. Reliantâ s responsiveness, attention to detail, and fair pricing made the whole process smooth and got my leak fixed immediately. Reliant Renovations did an absolutely incredible job! They were very professional and transparent since the first time I spoke to them. They are honest, fair, meticulous, fast, clean, skilled, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do any type of home renovation project. Amazing! We could not be happier with how our bathroom turned out. Absolutely will be using them again for future projects. We recently purchased our first home and while we knew we had some projects, this wasnâ t on the list. Unfortunately once we moved it we discovered that the shower pan had been leaking for a long time and complete rotted out the subfloor and joists. Rotted out is an understatement, the subfloor was gone. This project was bigger than we imagined and completely out of left field for us but Reliant came in and saved the day! The bathroom came out amazing, we are no longer worried about falling through the floor and will totally be using them again for future projects. Hire them! You wonâ t regret it.

My husband and I were so impressed with how quickly and efficiently reliant renovations remodeled our bathroom. We love how our shower and tiling turned out! This was our first big home project and they really helped us throughout the whole process. They throughly explained everything and we always felt like we could reach out if we had any questions. As a first time home owner, I have to say this renovation process was painless. Sal is extremely knowledgeable in his field and he helped me understand throughout the renovation process allowing me to watch and learn. I am now able to do small fixes around my house because of him and the outcome of the renovation was very satisfying!
