Called Tuesday as a new customer. Spoke to Kenny - very nice. Brought it in the next day at 8AM. Kenny behind the desk. Several phone calls during the day to keep me informed and approve work. Dealt with Robert. Done the same day. Easy pick up. Car runs/handles way better.

"Thank you for the great review."
My mother's electric wheelchair batteries went dead. The battery company
suggested I bring them to my local service station and ask them to test
the batteries.
I left them at Jerry's who said they would let me
know. I didn't hear back from them. So two days later, I phoned. They
said they had the batteries on a charger overnight and that they were
dead.
When I went to pick them up, Jerry's said that the cost was $20! To charge for dead batteries??
I left them a $20, but I'll never go back.
Later that day I went to other auto service stations who said there is
generally no charge for this kind of service. (Especially from a long
time customer!)
Don't appreciate being nickle and dimed...especially from a neighborhood business to whom I'm a long-time customer.
Thanks Jerry's .... for nothing.
"I am sorry you were unhappy but you turned and walked out when we attempted to explain. Your accusation at the time was that you were told by other shops that "no one has that charger" I have a smart charger that does charge deep cycle and gel batteries. I own this to protect my customers sensitive electrical systems . We not only attempted to charge your batteries but took the time to remove them from the case that they come in as well which was not a simple task. $20 for the time involved and the electric used to charge the batteries is not out of line. While another station can say they would not charge a "long time customer" perhaps they were not advised of the fact that the last time you were in was for an inspection in 2009. I would not have charged a steady customer."
"Thanks for your review. We work hard to make customers happy."
