 + -1 moreI was charged $250 for him to make a mess out of my computer. My computer and its programs were too advanced for him. So, he took off all my stuff and installed his own. I now have a computer that does not work and I am having to pay more money out of pocket to get the darn thing fixed by my old computer guy. This guy gives you a song and dance. I am telling you. I found out about him from a friend. I called my friend this morning to tell her that he was terrible. My friend told me that she just realized he had done the exact same thing to her, so this is a pattern. I would never ever use him again.
Description of Work: My computer was malfunctioning a bit. I was having too many problems to even explain. I hired Glenn's to figure out exactly what was going on and to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, so that my computer would be functional and capable of doing what it should be doing.
