"Hi, I've been thinking about your sale for a while now. I don't understand why you gave us a low grade. We set up your sale on schedule. Brought over tables, clothes racks. Organized priced sale. We had an extra helper at sale for security. Moved items out of your barn/ shed. Customers were at sale throughout the day buying. It was busy all day.We were making money. We even sold that pine bedroom furniture. We asked you approval for prices on that and other items. We were respectful to you and our customers. I had no idea you were dissatisfied with us. You could have said something if you weren't happy. We are there to help you. At the end of the sale we put everything back to the way it was. As much as we could.Clothes in bags from den. Things back in the shed.Straightened up basement. We would have taken things away to donate if you wanted."

They were well organized knew what they were doing but I dont think they adequately advertised/ promoted the sale. Hence the proceeds of sale fell short of our expectations. In their defense they said the White Plains NY area was not as an interesting market as compared to Long Island.

My husband and I sold our house and were preparing for a move. Things moved more quickly than anticipated, and our closing date was moved up. We were then in a frantic rush to clear out the house! A friend recommended the assistance of a professional Tag Sale manager to assist. She had used Alix Tag Sales in the past and only had positive things to say about her! I called her, and immediately knew that I was in good hands! She subsided all of my fears and concerns. She and her team came to my house during the week prior to the sale and prepped my entire house. I didn't have to lift a finger. I felt extremely safe with all of her kind and professional workers. On the day of the sale, they were early and efficient. The house luckily was swamped with people... there was a line at the door waiting to come in. Alix and her crew managed all so there were the appropriate amount of people in the house at 1 time. There was an eye kept on everyone who entered and ever item that left the house. By the end of the day, my house was cleaned out with so much more than I had ever expected... and I made a decent return! A++++!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! CALL ALIX TAG SALES AND YOU WILL BE IN GOOD HANDS! Good luck with your sale!

Handling an estate is a difficult and stressful process, but Alix and her team did an incredible job of making it easy. It is clear that she has been doing this a long time. She was able to correctly assess the potential value of the homes contents on her first visit, quickly stage the house for the sale, bring her regular customers to the sale and bargain effectively. She was very sensitive to the needs of the family, and dealt fairly with everyone.
