Nothing has been resolved. I have not heard from hem even after filing a complaint with the bbb. They stole our money and the office address listed on their website and the one on file with the answering service does NOT exist.

They were very good. They were professional. They showed up on time which was somewhat inconsistent with the other service providers that I have tried to use for the same function. The other serivice providers did not show up on time and it was hard to reach them. Also, the service that I got from them was not very good as they did not explain as to what they were doing. I will definitely use AirNow again in the future.

Had a great experience from SALES REP to TECHNICIANS to OWNER - all were extremely professional. Work was performed in timely manner, very neat. The kind of company that really cares about its customers. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I needed to.
