Description of Work: No Communication between 12/15/14 and first of Jan 2015 until I had an outsider to call him. He took pictures of the boiler but since I cannot hear from him. He give me a contract to sign but no communication from him. On or about January 5 he took pictures of the boiler but no communication since. I still have contract in my possession but no communication. I have requested the return of my $2,000.00 deposit. Very unprofessional. He has no concern for his customers, made matters worse and lousy service. . .
