+ -1 moreHorrible experience. They were very late, one of the boxes had a forklift hole in it, they left the boxes on the sidewalk in the rain for a while, were very unpleasant and impatient, etc. I was calling their office throughout the experience and they tried to talk to the driver, but it did not help. I noted on the pick-up slip about the problems we had (we ended up having damage that they were probably at least partially responsible for), but the driver (or someone else) cut that part off the slip. It ended up being litigated with the freight forward company, but Atlantic did not cooperate.
Description of Work: They were used by a freight forward service to deliver delicate cargo from JFK to a gallery. They probably used a subcontractor for the job.
