"Wow - quite a nasty review. Our customer service is excellent and their are many reviews online that attest to that. You never reached out to me (Julia) about needing any help with fixing the stain that your dog made from defecating on the floors. Phil does not handle this end of the business. I was unaware that you needed or wanted us to do anything. You didn't email me, call me, or text me. The entire time before the job and during job (which I have notes showing how happy you were with the floors), you communicated with me, not Phil. I handle all the scheduling and communicating with customers. We used Bona Traffic HD poly which is well known as a top of the line finish. I haven't had a problem with anyone using this finish in over 22 years of using it. If an animal defecates or urinates on the floors it must be cleaned up immediately. However, once again, if you had reached out to me even one time saying you wanted us to come and help you with it, I would have been happy to. Your daughter is the one who asked me about the dog poop staining the floors but she didn't say you needed help with it. She only told me that you had a stain from where one of the dogs defecates on the floors and that she was concerned about that issue at her house as well. How was I to know that it wasn't in some corner you keep covered with a rug or a plant and it didn't bother you or wasn't visible? Phil sees and talks to 100 people every week, and he can't remember everything - that's why I am here. You never contacted me about this - even once. Thanks for going out of your way to hurt our business. If you want me to send someone by to see what they can do about fixing it all you have to do is contact me.
