TAYLOR FUEL INC

Tech was nasty looking. He became frustrated quickly. He broke the supply line to the boiler and made up some BS that I needed to have a new line installed, it was ten at night. Had to call another call another company (DART) who patched in a new line and restored heat to the house. Called the company to c0mplain and the owner screamed at me he didnt care that people like me complain about him
. So arrogant.

Taylor Fuel had been very reliable until they merged with Lewis Oil. I needed a part replaced on my boiler and called several times during a 6 week period to have that accomplished. The job was put off by the company and Taylor/Lewis wouldn't return my calls, answer their phone and I was often disconnected. They never sent renewal paperwork for my contract and delivered oil 3 days before my contract expired at a cost of $0.35 more per gallon than my locked in rate. I was on automatic delivery and didn't request a delivery nor did I need one. I had over half a tank of oil and I feel they delivered simply to hit me up before the contract officially expired.

They are very reliable. Their contract is one of the cheapest I've had with boiler service. They have a lot of discount and budget programs to make their service affordable.

I have no complaints. Will call on them again and save my personal frustration trying to resolve a problem myself.

I honestly can not tell you what we paid for Taylor to do this work at our home. I will say it was a fair price for this rather large job. I like John Taylor, the owner of this company. He is a hands on owner and I look for that in a company. He does not come out to do the service, obviously but he is involved in all operations of the business. That makes me feel good about using this company.

I have been very pleased with Taylor Fuel since I moved to Long Island in 2004. Taylor Fuel was recommended to me, and they have been fair and consistent since I signed up. They have maintained excellent service and have remained committed to their locked in oil prices. Owner, John Taylor, is always accessible and willing to answer any questions. I would recommend Taylor Fuel to anyone who is looking for reliable service at fair prices.

I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING MY OIL BURNER. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE THE TASK.
