SPARKLE POOL SVC INC

I've had my pool opened every year. I couldn't find the number of the guy who did it the year before so I decided to try Sparkle Pools. What a horrible experience. 16x20 pool was quoted $135 plus $25 for chemicals..that's $160. When They came they pulled my cover off the pool launching all the debris that was on the cover into my pool. They connected the hoses to the pump and filter, dumped in 2 gallons of shock and promptly asked for $190. Meanwhile my pool looked like a lagoon, had a good inch of dead leaves and debris floating in the pool and my cover was wadded up in the corner of my lawn. I told them the job they did was horrible and I was quoted less for the chemicals. Since its pool season....I guess they feel invincible because there was no arguing about the fee, they wanted their money and that was it. Call the company they said. Well, I did that and again was quoted less when I asked them how much it was to open the pool with chemicals, but then when I said, they were just here and did a horrible job....they said my pool must have needed more chemicals. Didnt want to discuss the horrible job they did. Wow....I just paid $190 for two guys to pull my cover off and dump in chemicals. Maybe I'm one to blame.
