Mike and his team Ripped and remove existing asphalt roof shingles
inspected the plywood for rot and damage
Replaced 90% of the plywood which was over 50 years old.
Installed Ice and Water shield 36" along all rakes
Installed GAF Timberline 30yr shingle
Removed and cart away existing gutters and leaders
Replaced approximately 20ft of rotted 1x6 facia
Installed new white gutters and leaders using hidden hangers
Rip and removed 3 windows and installed 3 brand new windows
Removed all debris from job site.
The house looks beautiful.

They were wonderful. We've been using them steady for a year now. They can do it all and they have done it all for us and they're wonderful. They work very clean. They are perfectionists. They're very detail oriented. They would take their shoes off when they're in the house so they're very clean and considerate that way.

After someone else did a horrible patch job after the Hurricane, we
turned to Angie's List and found Ridge Runners. Mike went to bat with the
insurance company, writing up a detailed estimate, which persuaded to
insurance company to pay all that was needed for the repair.
The work is awesome. I looked up at the roof when it was done, fully
expecting to be able to see where the work was done, but my roof looked
like it did before the storm. He is just fantastic. He also fixed a
little leak around the chimney that had been bothering us for years. He
also repaired a clear panel insert in a roof over part of my deck.
That too is now perfect. And he replaced some siding for us, and did a
wonderful job with that as well.
I heartily recommend them, I give them the highest recommendation there is Mike is the nicest guy, so professional, and I couldn't be happier.
