Really liked the customer service. They were pleasant to deal with and did a good job, nothing damaged. Couldn't ask for more, came in under time and even went out of their way to hoist a wire table up to a second story balcony because it wouldn't fit through my sliding door. Generally it went very well.  Of 3 estimates, this was the lowest.  Turned out, though, that estimated weight & even the number of necessary boxes were underestimates.  Hence the price quoted (by John)was below the actual price. Moving day went very well: packers were on time, efficient, and worked VERY hard throughout a hot summer day.  It was obvious they had a packing plan.  That said, a few things (eg pictures) we're not properly packed and a little damage was incurred.  We had purchased damage insurance, but b/c THEY had failed to put the  picture in a proper box, they told me the insurance claim could not be processed.  To their credit, though, they reimbursed the repair from their petty cash without any question.  Kathy, in the main office, as pleasant, patient, and competent as she fielded phone questions. At the end of the move, unpacking and placement of furniture was carefully done; items were placed exactly where we requested. To reiterate: through every phase of this move, the enire company was most professional and caring.

They were very relaxed and casual.They showed up exactly on time and did it in 2 days, rather than one just for our comfort. I didn't ask for it but they did it for us. I felt like they were trustworthy and my furniture wouldn't just disappear. They moved a few things 2 or 3 times because I didn't like where it was. Which, not everyone would do. They were very pleasant and it worked out very well. They didn't seem like they had a lot of restrictions and rules. I didn't pay anything until they were done. I didn't have to get my own boxes or anything. Everything was very relaxed and pleasant.
