LANDSCAPE ASSOCIATES

The overall experience was terrible and extremely unprofessional.  I called Landscape Asspciates to obtain an estimate to repair a broken pipe on a hot tub.  A serviceman came at 7 am (the time that I had requested) and I showed him the pipe that was broken.  He said that it was an easy job and that he could do it in about an hour.  He estimated the price to be somewhere around $245 ($175 for the first hour and about $60 for the part).   I have been calling to get this work done since October 26, 2011.  I just get an answer machine and no one returns my calls.  I then called with a different phone number on October 31, 2011, and woman answered and said that they got my messages and was about to call me back that day.  She had apologized for not calling me because they were away.  However, they have not called me back and I have claled them and left them messages.  I would never use these people again.  Be careful because they seem to go by many different names, such as (1) "Swimming Pools by L.A. Inc", (2) Landscape Associates; (3) "PBLA Inc."; (4) Pools by Landscape Associates, etc.
Make sure you also check the NY Better Business Bureau, something that I should have done!
