Their bills could be a lot more clear like when they leave you the bills to propane it would be nice to may be able to understand like what your paying for, I think they went to a new system but it kind of makes it a little bit more confusing then the old system. Changes is not always good unless you receive feed back from the customer that you need that change or said to the customer that hey we have these possible options do you like it.

I wanted to have a whole-house generator installed after a 7 day electrical blackout following Hurricane Sandy, in November 2013, and a 6 day blackout in 2012. The generator company/plumbing company I was using referred me to Paraco Gas, which turned into a fiasco that delayed my generator operation by six weeks (see my review of Paraco).
I found Island Propane by using Angie's List and other online reviews, and what a great find they were! Island Propane is an oustanding company that untangled my whole mess in a short period of time.
They showed up for the estimate as scheduled. Their representative, Mike, was thoroughly professional. I received a written estimate soon after he visited, and the estimate was $400 to $1,900 less than the Paraco estimates, depending on which of Paraco's four estimates I use for comparison.
The pice per gallon of propane gas was 27% cheaper at Island Propane than the price being charged by Paraco at that time (based on the Paraco estimate I received), resulting in a significant savings for me when filling a 250 gallon tank.
The excavation and installation of the propane tank went fine, and there were no problems at all. Island Propane did not even require ANY MONEY as a down-payment! I paid them in full after the work was done. I'm 64 years old, and I've never before dealt with a company that supplied over $2,500 worth of materials and labor, without a down-payment or deposit!
For professionalism and quality of work (not to mention gas price), Island Propane is a company that can't be beat. I give them my highest recommendation to anyone who's looking for a propane tank or gas delivery.

For the propane delivery, their price is fine but for the upgrade, they are a bit expensive.
