I have used Gillespie Home Improvement for two significant projects within the past year .They have completed both exterior and interior work , including a complete bathroom remodel. My experience with them has been highlighted by high quality work and customer service as well as complete piece of mind. Mike and his son demonstrate craftsmanship to their work while being punctual, respectful and insightful to all aspects of your home and project needs.At the same time, Sharrie provides exemplary customer service through all project stages and guides the process from beginning to completion. With Gilledpieâ s I have received thorough and fair estimates, honored timeline commitments , quality customer service and excellent results.There has been no game playing, delays or shoddy work. I strongly recommend them for your home improvement needs.

Mike and his son, Mikey, just finished remodeling my bathroom. I am very satisfied with their excellent work. Mike loves what he does & it shows. He & Mikey take pride in their work, do a great job and pay attention to detail. They are fairly priced, kind, considerate, understanding, accessible and trustworthy. They go over and above. Mikeâ s wife, Sharrie, is all of the above as well. She was beyond helpful to me in choosing things when I asked for help and gave experienced feedback and information. She did indeed hold my hand the whole way through. She was extremely accessible to me and quickly answered any of my texts, questions or concerns. They are all really good people! It was such a pleasure having them do this job for me!

When I called Gillespie properties for an estimate on a bathroom leak. And potential bathroom remodel afterwards. He called me back within 10 minutes of leaving a message. And came that evening to give me an estimate and look at the bathroom. I was very impressed on the way he had many creative ideas and how to utilize The space in my old bathroom to make it a new and amazing and bigger and improved bathroom. When Gillespie properties came back with my estimate I was very impressed that it came under from other contractors I had come and look at the same job. I hired Mike right away to do the job. Yes he did the job he came across other issues in my bathroom. He approached me about them in ways that I could repair them and why they needed to be repaired. Overall I am so happy with the job Mike did in my bathroom. I love bringing people into my home and showing them my brand new gorgeous bathroom

Mike did an excellent job with multiple home repairs. He was courteous, professional, and punctual. His work was top-notch and fairly priced. Wouldn t hesitate to use his services again.

Mike Gillespie is a hard worker and a wonderful person. I had a small job that turned into a big job unexpectedly, and he was supportive and understanding all the way through. He does excellent work and he is a pleasure to have in my home. I can t recommend him enough, especially since I got him from this website. It is nice to have an honest and hard working contractor who I know that I can trust in my house. I can t say enough great things about him!!!

Words cannot express how amazing our bathroom came out, a real masterpiece that will last many years to come. I hired many contractors in the past and Mike Gillespie is by far the best I ever experienced working with, he is extremely honest and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond than any other person would!!! If you have any projects, you will be very happy in the end, trust me. Did not finish work,still waiting,placed 3 calls when will come back no return call,paid for work, was told @ first was coming back & would be charged extra 75$ return charge. Worker had hurt hand no follow-up as to when would come back. I had to go& look for the correct wire that was needed to hand a big mirror,asked for a quote on another project nevergot a answer.not professional.

Writing a review is a rarity for me, but Mr. Gillespie is indeed a rare contractor. When hiring someone new, you cross fingers and toes that they will be competent, helpful, and easy to work with. Mike was all this and more. He repaired even unexpected problems professionally and without complaint. And his coworker and office staff were a pleasure to deal with. This is not the last time we work with him. I only wish more than 5 stars were available!
