Horrible horrible service ! They came to fix our heater and flooded our basement. They refused to help clean up and told us â itâ s your house, your basementâ . if i could give 0 stars. Now i have 3 inch water /flood with carpet in my basement to clean up and a hot water heater that still doesnâ t work despite payment given.

My oil tank developed a pinhole leak, and I wanted to get it replaced before it got any worse. Domino was the first company I called; they asked me to send a video showing how to get the existing tank in and out of the basement. I sent it, and they responded with a very well-priced quote in under an hour. They also were able to schedule the replacement quickly. IN CONTRAST, every single other company I called (and it was many) wanted to send someone out to the house in a few days or weeks to take a look at the tank, before giving a quote, and they also didn't have any availability to replace the tank for weeks. I technically may have been able to wait longer as the leak was slow, but for my own peace of mind, and since Domino responded with the urgency I was looking for, and because their pricing was great, I went with them. On install day, they called in the morning to confirm, and they showed up promptly at the time they scheduled. The install team needed to remove the railing off my basement stairs and remove the side door in order to get the old tank out, which they did, and they replaced both properly before they left. The new double-wall tank I purchased required a different pipe and feed line routing and they did all the work to hook everything up and test it. They cleaned up after themselves well and left my house just as they found it, but with a gleaming new tank. I feel it is so rare to find companies I can wholeheartedly recommend so I always try to leave reviews when I do find one. I am so happy I found Domino and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing. Found Domino Fuel Thru Home advisor as I was getting nowhere with other companyâ s in the area. They called me quickly. My tank ruptured on Christmas night and when I spoke to them the next day, they came and replaced the boiler, took old tank and cleaned up the oil spill within two hours three max. I am truly grateful for them. Work was done great, great customer service and fast response time.

They showed up early made the repairs , I did think the price was high, and after the serviceman left another serviceman called from the same company ? I called the company they said the first serviceman worked for them ? - very questionable scenario ?

Fast n reliable

Absolutely a great A++ company; honest, reliable, excellent work. I had boiler issues, hot water heater issues and a hot water leak in a bathroom faucet. All completed fast, knowledgeabily, honestly and done perfectly Taught me things I did not realize about my boiler. Very friendly; kind and professional! Extremely trustworthy! I cannot say enough good about this company and their worker, Ryan! I am switching over to them for my oil, also know!!! They really are great!!!

The technician that came did a great job. Very satisfied.

Robert, the technician, was great. Very friendly and he knows what he is doing. My furnace went out one evening and I called Domino the next day. Within minutes at looking at my furnace, he knew what the problem was. He had it up and running in 10 minutes. I will have him back this Summer to do a vacuum and tune-up. I am very happy with the service. My wife's co-worker just today asked her if she knows a furnace repair company. I happily gave her Domino's phone number.

The tech (Bob) was awesome. Nest, clean, quick with a great personality.

If I would know that they help people 24/7 I would call them long time before. I would not suffer in cold. Actually, now I realize that it is very important to hire someone professional who is certified not someone does not have license . Thanks a lot .

Overall they did a fantastic servic e and repair to my boiler. I had a Heater coil replaced, expansion tank, replaced, air infiltration valve, pressure relief valve, as well as a full tune and Vac. Rob the service technician was amazing and really knows his stuff. He was very honest and great at explaining everything, plus he was just a very nice person. I had a little trouble scheduling the appt but mainly due to the time of year and scheduling conflicts. Overall they did a great job!

I had an urgent situation at 1 am and heard back quickly and was scheduled for next day. Rob was informative, thorough and caring. I will use them again and recommend them. I never give top ratings to anyone, this is as close as it gets.

I am thrilled that I now have a boiler mechanic that I trust and actually like. Rob is a consummate professional, thorough, honest and takes the time to not only do the job right, but explain what he is doing, why, and points out any potential issues you might have and what to do in order to correct them. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I had no heat and it was freezing! Rob came and fixed my furnace, showed me what was wrong, gave me suggestions on how to avoid the same problem. Very professional and a very nice man.
