My cousin lost her mother and I lost my aunt, we went to Colonial Flower Shop in Lake Ronkonkoma to order flowers. We met with Tom. He was wonderful and so kind and compassionate. He even shared with us his own personal loss. Did I mention how patient he was when we needed a moment to shed some tears. It is unfortunate this was the reason to go to Colonial but there is no doubt my family and I will use him for all floral needs (the good times and bad times). When Tom looked at us and said "trust me I will make this nice" he was true to his word! Thank you Tom!
