Susan Owen was very professional every step of the way. Her advice and suggestions were right on the mark. She knew just when to inspire us and when to calm us down. This is one lady who really knows her stuff, and once we mentioned her name to repairmen, they all said, "Oh, you've got the best." They had great respect for her and did their jobs wonderfully - to impress Susan!! I would definitely recommend her to my family as well as my friends and I would use her again in a minute.

We used Carmine Capobianco for this service. He is very professional, personable and helpful. At the closing, even though he did not have to stay, he did. He wanted to make sure everything was ok.
