This is a very good company. The management (Nick, Luke, +) wants and assures delivery of great service. We had years of debris accumulated in the unfinished basement of a home we had just purchased, (fiberglass insulation, nails, bricks, pipes, dirt etc.). The place was spotless upon conclusion. Their team members, from the individuals who physically do the removal, to their management are professional & courteous.

They superficially do a fabulous job but within 18 months the mold came back so obviously they didn't solve the source and all the work that they did to solve the source I had to have redone. When the man came in to do it they pointed out all the things the original company did not do correctly.

It went extremely well Employees were prompt & polite. They were careful to cut up carpet and remove through basement window rather than drag up through house. They worked very hard to empty & dry out basement.

he came took measurements and pictures and said he would e-mail the estimate to me. The estimate was $3500. Got an estimate from JBH environmental,for the same job for $750. JBH came the next week,finished the job in an hour,were very professional and friendly,and left my basement as clean as they found it.

Representative came by to assess and I received an estimate shortly thereafter. Went with another outfit.

Rich Miller was extremely is to work with during the estimate phase for damage from whirlpool leak in upstairs bathroom. He and his coordinator, Jennifer, were accommodating to my schedule and needs. We were very satisfied with the the two men who performed the drywall repairs and painting who were very conscientious, professional and tidy.

Worked for two weeks with a crew of 4 to 6 folks. Everyone was responsive and considerate.

Customer service rep Chris went above and beyond doing follow up off the job while sick. Was not inexpensive, but others were more and quality was very good.

Branch Services removed all wallboard from the bathroom walls, ceiling and all bathroom fixtures. They cleaned all mold and refreshed the environment. They installed new walls, flooring and ceiling, all new bathroom fixtures, including toilet, tub, shower stall, vanity and double sinks. They also did electrical work, including hi hats, a shower light and a heavier exhaust fan. We provided the fixtures and they provided all other materials and all labor. This project went better than any home project I have undertaken in the past and I have redone a kitchen and three bathrooms at other times. Everyone involved in the project was outstanding. They were always pleasant and courteous, appeared on time, worked hard, cleaned up after each day and stuck to the agreed schedule for completion of each step. Chris, the company coordinator was very professional and provided us with everything we expected at the highest standards.

They were very professional and on time for the appointment. The prices were reasonable. They did all the work to my satisfaction. I was very happy with their available, they were able to come out right away. They really responded to me quickly to my requests.
