Overall the experiance with the contractor was excellent.As with any job there were changes we requested and they were always responsive.The job took longer then estimated due the devastation caused,in the area,by superstorm Sandy. The contractor asked for and received permission to work on other projects to restore shelter,heat and plumbing to families that were in serious need.Through it all the owner Michael (Mickey) Cerbone kept us informed and made sure we had whatever support we needed.I highly reccomend Bayview and sister company All Seasons General Contracting. | |
