Mike and his coworker did a nice job specifying and installing a mini-split heat pump for a stand alone room. The unit works great, is quiet, and energy efficient. Price was competitive and work was done on time and with attention to detail.

We had a problem with the furnace short-cycling. Mike came out immediately, diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes, and fixed it on the spot. He explained everything thoroughly and offered to return if we had any other problems. I've used his services in the pastg and will absolutely do so in the future.

My wife was actually the one who interacted with them. She was really happy with the fact that he sat down and wrote down all the pieces we needed for the filters for the furnace. He also did a very thorough job looking at the furnace, checking out all the connections, and making sure she understood what parts were what and what needed to be replaced.

THIS CONTRACTOR WAS RECOMMENDED BY A NEIGHBOR. THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND TOLD ME THE PRIOR CONTRACTOR HAD REPLACED A PART THAT CONTROLLED THE HOT WATER HEATER AND NOT THE FURNACE. I WAS TOLD THE BOILER WAS FINE, HOWEVER, MY BUILDING CONTRACTOR HAD INSTALLED AN OUTDATED RELAY SYSTEM THAT WAS NO LONGER IN USE. THE NEXT DAY TWO GENTLEMEN CAME OUT AND REPLACED AND REPAIRED THE SYSTEM. THE OWNER RETURNED TO INSPECT THEIR WORK THAT DAY. THE AREA WAS SWEPT AND SPOTLESS WHEN I RETURNED LATER THAT DAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BASED ON THEIR PROMPT REPLY, IMMEDIATE ASSESSMENT AND PROFESSIONAL REPAIR. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR AND THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT.
