Auto Body Work
Repaired significant amount of hail damage. His explanation of what needed to be done fell in line with other shops and mostly with the insurance adjuster. The change he made was for the hood to be replaced rather then PDR'ed. He felt it was necessary and stepped up to make it happen with the insurance company. The whole project took a little longer than expected but some of that was waiting for adjuster, etc... He kept in contact with me the whole time and was readily accessible. The car looked great and was very clean. Did the minor details one would expect. Very pleased.
