They are very honest. I thought I needed tires and they told me I didn't need them yet. They gave me lifetime warranty.

I was in and out in less the 3 minutes. Everyone was quite nice and polite. The mechanic did manage to brake the cheap plastic T handle supplied by my van manufacturer to raise and lower the spare from below.. They told I could go to dealer and get another, but did not volunteer to pay for it.
