They did a great job, my house has old aluminum siding wich is hard to do without damaging it they were careful and did a great job

I have a huge, 3 level deck that I put a lot of work into. I pulled every nail out of it and replaced them with screws. The deck needed treatment in a big way and I was reluctant about the work involved to clean and stain the deck. They made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They had cleaned the the exterior of the house in the fall of 2012 and made me an offer on the deck for the next spring. The house looked great, by the way. I was offered a good price for labor to clean and stain the deck and I could supply the stain. They got me a geat price on stain because they do a large volume, so that was the way to go. They did a great job! The deck looks like new! It would have been less money but for a few years of not protecting the wood. The deck sucked up the first application of stain.The second was what it needed. We have enjoyed the deck ever since. My neighbors and friends compliment us on its good look.

The whole experience was positive. After sending an email inquiry to receive an estimate, I got a response in a few hours. Within a couple of days the gentleman came to my home to do an estimate which I was given in writing. I felt it was very fair. A full explanation was given as to everything that would be done, and all of my questions were answered. An approximate date was given for the work to be done. They called a few days prior to coming out. They showed up on time and completed the work in a few hours. The whole job was done in a professional manor. One concern I had was whether my well water would be used. It was agreed that the well water would only be used for a short time to supplement their water supply. That worked well and my water and pump were not over taxed. Since then, another family member has also used Duncan with the same satisfied result. I found their web site very helpful in convincing me to contact them in the first place

I feel they did an excellent job, we have vinyl siding and the window casings are also vinyl. They did the job very quickly and efficiently

Got estimate from them and was thinking on the set up date. They came over without me setting up a date. I figure out ok they here already and started their job let them do it. Told me it takes all day but only took them 1.5 hours. I observed it myself and not pleased at all. They spray the house from the ground and my house is 2 story house. When I went around and took a look all the screens and bottom of the windows were still dirty. You just can't clean well from the ground. After they left I had to finished the cleaning myself with garden hose and spent half day. I'm sorry but that's not what I paid $500.00 for. I did better job with my garden hose. You people be the judge your selfs. If that's the service you want than give them a call but not me ever. They should be ashamed of them selfs and the job they did.
P.S. at the end they gave me surprise look that I should be happy for it. no do the job right if you want to charge $500.00 for 1.5 hours. not bad at all.

There are no dislikes. They are a fantastic company. They showed up exactly when they said they are going to. They told us it is going to take two hours and that is what it took. They are very good. In fact, my mother was in the process of selling her house and the stipulation was to restate our deck. They came over and they did that in a matter of a week or so. They are very good. I would use them again in the future, if I need to.

I have used this company in the past and have been very satisfied with their work. They were neat and took precautions not to get deck stain on the siding or my bushes.

They explained how the discoloration developed, the cleaning process used, degree of improvement to expect, and longevity of their work. Our questions were answered to our satisfaction and recommendations were made for future care, staining the deck, etc. Since our water supply was inadequate to the job, Duncan supplied the water needed. All areas were thoroughly cleaned as promised and re-gained a nearly new appearance. Our experience with Duncan Mobile Wash was very positive and we certainly would hire their service again.
