Over charged for a zone panel.. cost of the zone panel was 178.00 and they charged me 378.00, plus 125.00 for labor and service call. The labor was 20 mins ... All I can say is check around for best price.. I paid 547.00 and it should have only been about 380.00 ..so merry Christmas BerMor

Last night our furnace wasn't running. Upon our own inspection we noticed the inductor motor wasn't working properly. We also heard a bird running back and forth in the vent pipe. I checked Angie's list for furnace repair options. First thing in the morning my husband called several places, but they couldn't get to us until later in the day. Then he called Ber-Mor Gas and they said they would be over in 15 minutes. They arrived promptly. The guy took the vent pipe apart to clear obstructions, said there was nothing wrong with the induction motor, said that it had tripped into safety mode due to the obstruction. He checked all the parts of the furnace to ensure that it was working properly. He was polite and knowledgeable. My husband told him this was our second furnace issue due to a bird obstruction so he offered the name of a reliable company that could cap our chimney to avoid future bird intrusions. I would definitely use Ber-Mor gas service again.

They are ok. Their quote changed. What you expect professionally and is required should be written down for the future. They have to improve. What they did for me they did good. I call them and they responded back in a half an hour. I would use them again.
