Teresa's Family Cleaning

Some crews were excellent, but others were average. Some could finish all the cleaning in the hour allotted for one bedroom and one-and-a-half baths, kitchen-living-dining area in my townhouse. But one crew could not finish and just left when the hour was up. I stopped using them because of the price ($96). On the plus side, all the crew members seemed to be honest people.

St first it was great and I was very happy with the work. Then they started to be unreliable and the cleaning quality declined. The final straw was when there was a random fraudulent charge on my card from their office. Please avoid them as they are very sketchy.

Ain't nobody got time for that! Day one: crew arrived after 1 PM - we were expecting an 9:00 AM start. To their credit, the Dispatcher did call to notify us of their delayed arrival by 10, then by 11! We were informed that there would be a $10 per hour premium added for the location of our home. Dust bunnies still under the beds. High dusting not done and spider webs left in ceiling corners. Not a single window sill was touched. Day two: crew arrived at 3 PM - we were expecting an 9:00 AM start. No calls form the dispatcher today - it was Saturday. More of the same mediocre results from one half of the crew. Walls of bathroom glistened with streaks and drips of cleaning product that had not been wiped after sprayed. A post service call was made by Teresa's a week after the service was rendered soliciting a regular return service sign-up. The sales person did mention that they guarantee their work and that they would have come back to make it all right. Too late. We were already back at our home in Colorado and our tenants had taken possession of the house we cleaned ourselves after Teresa's awful service. Bottom line: we were left hanging waiting hours for a crew on both days at a critical time in our opening cycle. The cleaning was marginal at best and expensive to say the least. We will look to Riverhead for a cleaning service next year.
