"Since this complaint was registered we have reached out to the homeowner to offer a resolution. Friday December 7th, the salesperson on the job met with the homeowner and had our landscape crew relieve the drainage issue. On Saturday, December 8th, salesperson contacted the homeowner to make sure the puddling was no longer occurring on the patio. Homeowner sent photos during the rain, to salesperson which showed no puddling on the patio after the work was done the previous day. Salesperson contacted him, Monday, December 10th and scheduled a follow up meeting for Thurs. December 13th. As per our previous post, our salesperson, Luke Pranzo, met with the member to discuss the grading issue on Thursday, 12/13/2012. At this meeting, the member again voiced his displeasure with the final grading of the property. It was explained to the member that the grading that is done at the completion of a brick job is not a final grade or seed ready grade. The member was offered this service at the time the brickwork was completed but denied the service and told Swim King Poolscapes that he was going to do his own final grading. After approximately 30 minutes of discussion, Mr. Pranzo recommended that the member meet with the owner of Swim King Poolscapes (Masonry and Landscape Division of Swim King Pools) to settle the dispute. Mr. Pranzo scheduled the meeting for Friday 12/14/2012 at 9am. After a lengthy meeting between the member and the owner of Swim King Poolscapes, an offer was made to the member to resolve the issue for a cost of $200 (cost of labor to make minor modifications to the final grading that was done by the member). The member denied the service and continued to maintain that Swim King Poolscapes was at fault. The member expressed his dissatisfaction with our explanation and our offer to resolve the situation. With this, the meeting came to an end. Within 2 hours of the end of the meeting on, 12/14/2012, the owner of Swim King Poolscapes called the salesperson for the job, Luke Pranzo, and asked him to call the member to offer a resolution. Swim King Poolscapes made an offer to the member to grade the property as discussed at the earlier meeting at no charge with the condition that a favorable resolution to the dispute be posted to Angie’s List. If the member agreed to the conditions the service would be performed on Saturday, 12/15/2012. This service was denied by the member."
