Sealing Long Island

Used this company last year and was satisfied with service. They did a terrible job this year. Will not honor their guarantee. Only offered to recoat for a fee. Avoid this company.

Been using George and his guys for six years now. Always a pleasure working with them. The crew is very clear on what’s being done and there’s no shady price changes halfway through the job like so many other companies tend to do. Will be using them for years more to come.

2 guys showed up to seal coat my driveway on time. I gave them the cash and $10 tip each and I went inside . He said he would fill small crack with sand and when he seal coat driveway you wouldn't notice it. Wasn't the case. When I came out to leave for appointment their truck was just leaving. I immediately noticed the seal coat didn't come all the way to brick outline of driveway. It was about at least an inch short in some spots. When they squeegee the seal coat they left " lip" on blacktop where squeegee stopped in some spots.On end of driveway was a small pile of dirt. Also at end of driveway was what looked like a long smudge mark where he filled crack and sealed coat over it.Here's the thing,I had these guys last year and they did great job. How do you accept a tip from customer and do lousy job? I called owner George immediately after noticing and he sent guys back. They fixed everything but the long smudge mark. I sent George an email with pictures and them spoke with him on phone. he talked down to me saying I was nitpicking and the dirt could have come from someone else. How is that possible when I saw it right after they pulled away. He told me on phone" I better stop talking to you before I insult you". Well that sounds professional..lol I didn't expect George to have that poor attitude. They're cheap but if you have a problem,good luck. I figured I'd give him a chance and see what he says before I write negative review but apparently that was a waste of time.

The men were professional and courteous. They did a very neat and tidy job.

I remember they were cheaper than anyone else and they did a wonderful job!
