I asked for a refund and they initially said no, but that they would get back to me.  They never followed through or called me back, so I finally called them again and explained the story  The man on the phone just asked why we didn't call them back, and instead called someone else.  I explained that we had tried that initially, but that they were unreceptive and tried to push it off as a toilet problem.  It ended up being a very expensive, and inconvenient ordeal that should have just been handled properly from the start.  Even if they had offered a partial refund, that would have been acceptable, but he did not even offer that.
