Gloomy dark shop filled with clocks, although advertised as jewelry repair also. Ring was repaired while we waited. When we got home, a prong was still catching on clothing, could not tell if that was the replaced prong. There are 12 prongs on the ring. We had no confidence in returning to them and bent the prong down ourselves. Now, 3 weeks later,a prong tip broke off , leaving a loose stone. Since there was no description of the repair location, we can't be sure that it was a bad repair or not. At the very least, the repair person should have checked out the rest of the ring and let us know if there was another problem.

"i stand behind my work if you bring your receit in i will gladly refund the money. as of 9-13 2016, he has not updated but i did send him his money back with a letter that if he wanted not only as i had refunded his money that i would do the repair again in front of him as i did the first time while he waited. i have treated him as i would have wanted to be treated, as i said i did return his money, has he written to say that i did? no. i would have like to have seen what broke off again, and if they would have said something while they were in the store it would have been resolved there. if prongs keep on breaking off, it maybe the ring that has a problem. as to the store being dark and gloomy, if you want glitz and glamour this is not the place to go. i work with my hands for a living, i will be dirty from the polishes, the store was made with pine paneling, if you want the high intensity lights, the high pressure sales people, then again we are not your store please go to the mall, we work hard for a living here, i would find it amazing if he found someone local who did it while they waited for the cost of what i charged. the items i sell you do not have to buy a seperate service plan for as i garantee my work for life, not from neglect but from defects. why did they not bring the ring back to where it was bought?people come back to me with items i sold 20 and 30 yrs ago and older and if something has broken i take care of them. i am proud of what i make, and people like my "gloomy" place"

I brought the clock to Netusil Jewelers & not only did they fix it on the spot in about 5 minutes, they refused payment of any kind. Really great people. I will definitely be bringing them some more (serious) clock work.

This is a store with honest, old-time values. Friendly, no pressure sales. work is done to perfection---better than I expected and at a better price too! I will continue to use Netusil as my go-to jeweler for all my jewelry repair needs! I had about 10 watches, from my husband and kids, all needing battery changes, I took them to Netusil and he said to leave the watches a few hours and he would have them ready. I left, went shopping and in an hour got a call to come get my fixed watches! The BEST part was the fee was $2 per watch and also a donation of canned food donation for each battery replaced. Still a bargain for a great battery and a great day! The business is a warm, friendly place--they will give you honest estimates on all repairs and do them professionally if you desire! I will most definitely recommend Netusil to my friends/family and will continue to use them for any future jewelry repairs I have in the future!

Andrew came to our home to have a look at four clocks that had not run in some time, ranging in manufacture date from late 1800s to the 1990s. One of the clocks was a grandfather clock, hence the need for at in-home consultation. We set a time for a Sunday, as it was one of the days the store is closed and he was available for an in-home visit. Andrew arrived early Sunday morning, at the time expected, and was very professional. We asked him questions about the history of the clocks, and about care and maintenance of the clocks, in general. He was able to work quickly and, overall, the clocks mainly needed to be oiled and wound. He gamely allowed our son, who loves clocks, to watch him work, uninterrupted. Andrew charged us a low, flat rate for the visit, since there were no major problems with the clocks.
While he was in our home, I showed him an older watch I had that was no longer working. He identified the problem as a broken spring and took the watch with him to the shop. About two days later, someone called from the shop to give me an estimate on the repair/cleaning and told me the approximate date they would call back to confirm the finished job. The repair cost was more than I anticipated, but still seemed like a fair price. They called to let me know the watch was already sent via UPS to my home (it arrived that afternoon) and I was able to settle my bill over the phone - this was a great convenience to me, as their store is over 45 minutes away! Andrew also got on the phone to explain how to best maintain the watch.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to use their services in the future for clock and jewelry repair!
